| 脑卒中患者早期肠内营养支持及护理 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的探讨脑卒中患者早期肠内营养支持及护理方法。方法选择早期脑卒中患者68例,分成实验组与对照组。实验组给予早期积极的肠内营养支持,对照组采用传统的营养方法。治疗2周后,观察患者营养状况,监测血清总蛋白、血清白蛋白、血红蛋白等含量。治疗期间给予精心的护理,预防并发症的发生。结果实验组患者的营养状况优于对照组,血清总蛋白、白蛋白等含量高于对照组;并发症发生情况,实验组较对照组也明显减少。结论早期积极的肠内营养支持治疗与护理,在脑卒中患者治疗中具有重要作用。 |
