| 摘 要： | 目的探讨对剖宫产患者在麻醉前后留置导尿的影响。方法选择100例在腰硬联合麻醉前后的剖宫产患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各50例。对照组患者在麻醉前行导尿术,观察组患者在麻醉后行导尿术,比较两组患者留置导尿前后心率、血压变化,疼痛分级以及一次性置管的成功率。结果与基础值比较,对照组患者在留置导尿后心率、血压均明显增加,而观察组增加不明显;对照组疼痛感受明显高于观察组;一次置管成功率对照组为82%,观察组为98%。结论剖宫产患者宜麻醉后留置导尿。 |
