| 摘 要： | 目的探讨热敷缓解静脉注射用阿奇霉素枸橼酸二氢钠所致疼痛的效果。方法将200例遵医嘱静脉注射阿奇霉素枸橼酸二氢钠的门诊患者分为观察组和对照组各100例,比较两组的疼痛程度及疼痛发生率。结果热敷对预防和缓解静脉注射用阿奇霉素枸橼酸二氢钠所致疼痛有较好的效果。结论热敷缓解疼痛操作简单、经济便捷。
