| 摘 要： | 目的探讨洛伐他汀联合脂必妥治疗高脂血症的临床疗效。方法将132例患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组各66例,治疗组采用洛伐他汀联合脂必妥治疗,对照组单独采用洛伐他汀治疗。结果治疗组总有效率为90.91%,明显优于对照组的77.27%(P<0.05),治疗组的总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)均较对照组明显降低(P<0.05),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)较对照组明显升高(P<0.05)。结论 洛伐他汀联合脂必妥能够有效提高高脂血症的临床效果。 |
