| 摘 要： | 目的探讨微创穿刺术治疗高血压脑出血的临床疗效和术后护理原则。方法回顾性分析72例高血压脑出血患者,所有患者均行微创穿刺血肿清除术,观察术后临床疗效,探讨高血压脑出血微创穿刺术后的护理原则。结果 72例高血压脑出血患者微创穿刺术治疗的有效率为80.6%,病死率为12.5%,血肿复发率为6.3%,≤7h组和7～24h组有效率、病死率、血肿复发率及神经功能缺损程度评分指标均优于>24h组(P<0.05)。结论微创穿刺术治疗高血压脑出血安全性高、创伤小、神经损伤轻、术前准备时间短且预后较好,临床可广泛应用。 |
