| 摘 要： | 目的调查河北省保定市老年人健康状况及其对社区卫生服务的需求情况。方法利用自制调查问卷对3个街道494名老年人进行现场调查。结果保定市北市区60岁以上老年人两周患病率为20．45％；自费负担87．60％的医药费和79，33％的住院费用；慢性病患病率78．14％；34．62％的老年人选择社区卫生服务；大多数老年人家庭地位与生活状况基本令人满意，大多数老年人心理状况不错．结论为提高老年人的生活质量，社区卫生服务体系需进一步大力改善 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the health status of the aged and the health demand for the community health services in Baoding city,Hebei province.Methods Semi-open Questionnaires formulated by the study group are employed to interview 594 aged residents on the spot in three communities in Beishiqu District of Baoding city.Results In Beishiqu of Baoding city,the rate of the aged over 60 had disease every other week was 20.45%,they paid 87.60% medical cost and 79.33% hospital cost.The rate of having chronic disease was 78.14%,34.62% chose community health services.Most aged people were satisfied with their family status and life.They had good mental status.Conclusion In order to improve the life quality of the aged,community health service system needs recommendation greatly. |
