| 摘 要： | 目的:建立穿心莲膏中穿心莲的定性鉴别方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法对穿心莲膏中穿心莲进行定性鉴别。结果:在薄层色谱中检出穿心莲的鉴别特征斑点,阴性对照无干扰。结论:所建方法操作简单,专属性强,可有效用于穿心莲的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective： To establish identification methods of And rographitis Ointment. Method： Herba Andrographitis in Herba Andro- graphitis Ointment were identified by TLC method. Result： Herba Andrographitis Ointment in TLC had characteristic spots.There was no corresponding spot at the same site in negative samples. Conclusion： The result showed the TLC method was highly specific and simple. It was capable to control the quality of Herba Andrographitis Ointment. |
