| 摘 要： | 目的探讨昆明地区慢性咳嗽患儿证型与体质之间的关系。方法对166例本地慢性咳嗽患儿进行辨证分型及体质调查,通过统计分析研究证型、体质、年龄间的相互关系。结果发生慢性咳嗽的年龄段以3岁以上最多,其证型以风邪久恋、痰热咳嗽多见;在体质类型上,不均衡质较均衡质更易发生慢性咳嗽,其中以肺脾质阳多阴少型为多;发生慢性咳嗽的年龄与证型、年龄与体质、证型与体质具有相关性。结论体质是决定证候类型的重要因素之一。辨治小儿慢性咳嗽,应根据不同年龄段,结合其体质特点施治及调理。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the relationship between the syndromes and constitutions of children's chronic cough in Kunming.Methods Total of 166 cases of chronic cough was differentiated with TCM syndrome and their constitutions were investigated to analyze the relation among the age,TCM syndrome pattern distribution and constitution type.Results Chronic cough is mainly appeared in the less than 3 years old group,the common syndromes of chronic cough are pathogen-wind clinging to lung and phlegm-heat accumulating ... |
