| 摘 要： | 目的：研究降压中药鼻腔喷雾剂之挥发油包合工艺和稳定性。方法：采用HP-β-环糊精对降压中药喷雾剂中挥发油进行包合处理，以HP-β-环糊精用量、包合温度、包合时间为因素，进行正交设计，得到最佳的包合条件。结果：最佳的包合条件为：以HP-β-环糊精：挥发油（7：1）进行包合；包合温度为30℃；包舍时间为1h。结论：采用HP-β-环糊精包合挥发油能够提高挥发油在制剂中的稳定性。
