提高胰岛素泵强化治疗依从性的护理对策

目的:探讨提高胰岛素泵强化治疗的护理对策。方法:将80例需胰岛素泵强化治疗的糖尿病患者分成两组:常规护理组40例,护理干预组40例。观察其控制血糖的临床效果、血糖降至正常所需时间,胰岛素用量及低血糖发生率,坚持合理、规范应用胰岛素泵的使用率。结果:两种方法均能较好控制餐前、餐后血糖,但在坚持使用胰岛素泵上差异有统计学意义,且护理干预组低血糖发生率低于常规护理组。结论:实施有针对性的医院—社区—家庭护理教育管理,是提高胰岛素泵强化治疗依从性的关键。

Raising insulin pump intensive treatment compliance

Objective：To improve insulin pump intensive treatment compliance.Methods：Totally 40 diabetic patients who needed insulin pump intensive treatment were divided into two groups,20 cases in conventional care group and 20 cases in nursing intervention group.The blood sugar control condition,the time of blood sugar level decreasing to normal,the insulin dose,hypoglycemia incidence,insulin pump utilization rate were observed.Results：In both two groups,preprandial blood glucose and postprandial blood glucose were controlled well.Patients in nursing intervention group used insulin pump better and had lower hypoglycemia incidence than those in conventional care group.Conclusion：Application hospital-community-family nursing education mode can improve insulin pump intensive treatment compliance.
