摘    要:为提高分子生物学的实验效率和节省昂贵的试剂,将核酸分子或蛋白质分子预先结合于硝酸纤维素膜(NCM)上,应用自制的DIFA装置检测非放射性斑点印迹。结果表明:此技术可快速检测生物活性试剂的效价及工作浓度;选择研究样本及试验条件;鉴定探针灵敏度等。

Abstract:In order to promote the experimental efficiency of molecular biology technique and save expensive reagents, the nucleic acid molecules or protein molecules were precoated onto the nitrocellulose membrane(NCM), and the non-radioactive labelled signal was detected by DIFA (dot immunofiltration assay) equipment prepared in our laboratory. The results showed that this method could be used for detection of the titre and working dilution of biologicallyactive reagents, selection of research samples,optimal. experimental conditions and identification of probe sensitivity.
