| 摘 要： | 主要介绍了几种微生物产生的免疫抑制剂。从发现时间、结构、作用机制等方面将各种免疫抑制剂作了比较，对其适应症、副作用等进行了阐述。大环内酯类、杂环类、直链类、芳香族类免疫抑制剂各有其特点，在治疗器官移植、自身免疫系统疾病等方面发挥着不同的作用。

| Abstract: | Several immunosuppressant produced with microbes are introduced in this article. The immunosuppressant are compared in detecting time, structure, effecting mechanism, etc. Their indication and side effects are expatiated on. So the characteristic of the immunosuppressant are deeply formulated. Macrolide, heterocycle, straight chain, aromatic immunosuppressant play different role in organ transplantation and autoimmune diseases. |
