| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨PLS回归理论及其在医学中的应用。方法 利用PLS回归NIPALS算法和Helland算法，对医学实例进行分析。结果 两种算所得PLS回归模型均可达到较好的拟合和预测效果。结论 样本自为量间存在共线性，甚至由于某些原因出现自变量个数较多而观察到例数较少的情况，PLS回归是一种值得推广应用的多元回归方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To research the NIPALS algorithm and Helland algorithm of PLS regression and their applications in medicine.Methods To analysis medical data with NIPALS algorithm and Helland algorithm of PLS regression.Results It shows that PLS regression models building with the two algorithms can get good fitting and effects of forecasting.Conclusion When we meet with the phenomena of collinearities,even that the number of independents is more than observations,PLS regression is a good multiple regression. |
