奥曲肽治疗上消化道大出血疗效观察

摘    要:目的:评价奥曲肽治疗上消化道大出血的临床疗效。方法:分析2008年11月-2009年6月上消化道大出血的42例患者,使用奥曲肽治疗(治疗组)上消化道大出血21例,与垂体后叶素治疗(对照组)上消化道大出血21例治疗的疗效进行对比,观察各组患者的病情变化和不良反应情况。结果:奥曲肽治疗上消化道大出血总有效率为71.4%,明显高于对照组(52.4%),治疗组不良反应发生率低于对照组,对心血管系统无不良反应,两者比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论:奥曲肽对各种原因引起的上消化道大出血均有较好疗效,值得临床上进一步地研究和推广应用。

Abstract:Objective :To study the clinical curative effect of octreotide and posterior pituitary hormone for upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods :Analysis on the 42 patients who were suffered the upper gastrointestinal bleeding from Nov 2008 to Jue 2009,compared the clinical curative effect which were treated by octreotide (the treatment group) to the clinical curative effect which were treated by pituitrin (the control group), observed the change of illness and adverse reactions in the each group. Results:The total effective rate of octreotide treated for upper gastrointestinal bleeding was 71.4%,it was much higher than the control group(52.4%),the rate of the adverse reactions in the treatment group was lower than the control group, especially there was no influence to cardiovascular system,there were significant difference (P〈 0.01 ). Conclusion:Octreotide has the good clinical curative effect for treating massive upper gastrointestinal bleeding csused by various factors, It's worthy of clinic study and application.
