山东菟丝子类药材及与伪品的凝胶电泳鉴别

摘    要:目的 :准确、有效、快速地鉴别山东菟丝子类中药及其伪品。方法 :采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法。结果 :山东四种菟丝子均具有 4条相同的谱带 ,与伪品有较大差异。同一亚属菟丝子各有 6条相同的谱带 ,表明同亚属的菟丝子具有较近的亲缘关系。结论 :种子蛋白凝胶电泳的结果可作为菟丝子药材与混伪品之间以及同属菟丝子植物之间的鉴别依据。

Abstract:Object: to identify four kinds of Dodder and their counterfeits accurately and rapidly. Method: using polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. Result: Four kinds of Dodder in Shandong have four identical stripes and have obvious difference with their counterfeits. Dodders in same subgenus have six identical stripes respectively and have closer genetic relationship. Conclusion: The method of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis can be used to identify Dodders and their counterfeits exactly.
