The Diagnosis of Absence of the Corpus Callosum by Ultrasound

A case of absence of the corpus callosum is described in which the correct diagnosis was made by ultrasonography. The diagnosis led to appropriate investigations and the subsequent discovery of associated hypothalamic hypopituitarism.
