外伤性重型颅脑损伤继发脑梗死E-选择素的变化及意义

摘    要:目的探讨E-选择素(E-sES)在外伤性重型颅脑损伤后继发脑梗死病变中的变化和意义。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定58例外伤性重型颅脑损伤(GCS3—8)继发脑梗死(脑梗死组)患者血清E-sES水平变化,同时记录头部CT所示梗死体积及部位,并与64例外伤性重型颅脑损伤(GCS3~8)未继发脑梗死(脑外伤组)的患者及20例健康人(健康对照组)的血清E—sES水平比较,探讨血清E—sES水平变化的临床意义。结果健康对照组血清E—sES(38.45±7.57)ng/ml,脑梗死组急性期血清E—sES(65.52±6.28)ng/ml,脑外伤组血清E-sES(54.09±9.04)ng/ml,脑梗死组急性期血清E—sES水平明显高于脑外伤组和健康对照组(P〈0.05)。结论血清E—sES与重型颅脑损伤继发外伤后脑梗死关系密切。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of E-selectin(E-sES)in delayred traumatic cerebral infarction following severe closed craniocerebral injury.Methods The levels of E-selectin in peripheral blood of 58 patients with delayed traumatic cerebral infarction following severe closed cranlocerebral injury,64 patients who have no delayed traumatic cerebral infarction following severe closed craniocerebral injury and 20 healthy persons were examined by ELISA.the infarct size and position were tested by CT,the changes of E-seleetin in different time points of cerebral infarction were observed and the clinical significance was analyzed.Remsults The levels of E-selectin in peripheral blood of the patients with delayed traumatic cerebral infarction following severn closed cranlocerebral injury in acute stage increased obviously than the patients who have no delayed traumatic cerebral infarction following severe closed craniocerebral injury and that in the coptrol group(P<0.05).Conclusion E-selectin closely correlate with delayed traumatic cerebral infarction following severe closed craniocerebral injury.
