视网膜母细胞瘤36例临床病理分析

1966年 1月～ 2 0 0 1年 12月确诊为RB(retinoblastoma)的病例共 3 6例 ,其中 15例进行了免疫组织化学染色检查NSE、S 10 0、GFAP及PCNA等。光镜下 3 6例RB中未分化为主型 2 1例 ;高分化为主型 14例 ,自发消退型 1例。NSE、S 10 0、GFAP、PCNA在RB中的阳性表达依次为 9例 ( 60 % ) ;4例 ( 2 6 7% ) ,3例 ( 2 0 % ) ,15例 ( 10 0 % )。RB光镜下高分化型为主型 ,未分化型为主型 ,自发消退型中的菊形团 ,坏死和钙化等病理改变具有一定的诊断价值。免疫组化中NSE有助于鉴别诊断。RB肿瘤细胞有向神经元分化的能力 ,起源于神经外胚叶中的细胞 ,细胞增殖活性越高 ,其分化程度越低 ,预后越差

Clinicopathological analysis of retinoblastoma

The objective is to study the shapes of the case history of retinoblastoma (RB),the origin of cell differentiation and tissue.Thirty-six RB cases in our hispital from 1966-2001 were reviewed, and among them,15 cases were given immunohisto-chemical check NSE,S-100,GFAP and PCNA etc.Twenty-one cases of the 36 RB had no cell differentiation,14 cases high cell differentiation and one case who got better without treatment.The order of positive NSE,S-100,GFAP,PCNA was 9 cases (60%),4 cases (26.7%),3 cases (20%),15 cases(100%).The changes of case history of cell differentiation, no-cell-differentiation,the chrysanthemum shape that disappeared by itself,dead ones and hardened ones had values of diagnosis.NSE that got successful immunity was helpful for diagnosis.The carcinoma cells of RB had the ability to differentiate toward nerves and originate from the outer cells of the nerves.The more active the cells were,the less they differentiated,and the worse in prognosis.
