刃针短刺结合弥可保穴位注射治疗神经根型颈椎病80例

目的观察刃针短刺结合弥可保穴位注射治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效。方法将156例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为治疗组(80例)和对照组(76例),治疗组采用刃针短刺结合弥可保穴位注射,对照组采用传统针刺法治疗,疗程15d。观察两组治疗前后症状、体征积分,疼痛视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)分值,以及临床疗效。结果治疗组治愈率及总有效率均显著高于对照组(P0.05);与治疗前比较,两组治疗后症状、体征积分,疼痛VAS评分均显著减少(P0.01);治疗后治疗组症状、体征积分及VAS评分显著低于对照组,治疗前后症状、体征积分差值及VAS评分差值显著高于对照组(P0.01)。结论刃针短刺结合弥可保穴位注射治疗神经根型颈椎病优于传统针刺法,临床值得推广应用。

Therapeutic Effect of Blade Needle/Short Puncture Combined with Acupoint Injection of Methycobal on Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy: An Analysis of 80 Cases

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of blade needle/short puncture combined with acupoint in jection of methycobal on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy （CSR）. Methods A total of 156 CSR patients were randomly divided into treatment group （n = 80） and control group （n=76）. The treatment group underwent blade needle/short puncture combined with acupoint injection of methycobal, while the control group underwent conven tional acupuncture. The course of treatment was 15 d. The therapeutic effects were assessed based on scores of symptoms and signs and visual analogue scale （VAS） scores. Results The treatment group had significantly higher cure rate and overall response rate than the control group （P〈0.05）. After treatment, both groups showed signif- icantly decreased scores of symptoms and signs and VAS scores （P 〈0; 01）; the treatment group showed signifi- cantly lower scores of symptoms and signs and VAS scores and significantly higher decrease in the two indices than the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The blade needle/short puncture combined with acupoint injection of methycobal is superior to conventional acupuncture in the treatment of CSR and shows promise for clinical application.
