螺内酯对原发性高血压患者左心室舒张功能的影响

目的探讨螺内酯对原发性高血压患者左心室舒张功能的影响。方法选取于2012年1月至2014年2月我院收治的72例原发性高血压患者为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组。对照组选用常规疗法,研究组在对照组的基础上,加用螺内酯连续治疗8周后,进行疗效评价,检测治疗前后患者血钾、心电图及不良反应。结果治疗后2组组内LVMI及Tei指数比较以及两组组间比较治疗前后的差值差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组与对照组的降压效果总有效率无显著差异,P>0.05。研究组患者的不良反应发生率为总不良反应率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论螺内酯可明显改善患者左心室功能,降压效果明显,不良反应少,应用前景广阔。

The Effects of Antisterone on the Left Ventricular Diastolic Function in Patients with Essential Hypertension

Objective To investigate the effects of antisterone on the left ventricular diastolic function in patients with essential hypertension. Methods 72 patients with essential hypertension were chosen,and randomly divided into research group and control group.The control group was administrated normal treatment and the treatment group was administrated antisterone for 8 weeks on basis of the applying of control group. The left ventricular diastolic function of two groups before and after the treatment was measured. The antihypertensive results and side effects of two groups were observed. Results Compared with control group,there were statistical differences of LVMI andTei index between before and after treatment in both groups（P〈0.05）.And the differences value of LVMI andTei index of research group were higher than those of control group（P〈0.05）. And the blood pressure dropped remarkably and had less side effects（P〈0.05）. Conclusions Antisterone improve the left ventricular diastolic function remarkably in patients with essential hypertension and has good antihypertensive results, while its side-effects were less,so it has a broad application prospect.
