腹腔镜下子宫内膜异位症术后不同处理方法的临床疗效比较

目的对腹腔镜下子宫内膜异位症术后给予不同处理方法的临床疗效进行比较。方法选取420例子宫内膜异位症患者,随机分成3组,每组140例,可用A、B、C表示。分别为纯手术治疗组A;术后加用米非司酮治疗组B和术后加用孕三烯酮治疗组C,将三组不同阶段的生存质量进行评分。结果纯手术治疗组A疗效明显低于B、C。结论采用手术后加用米非司酮和孕三烯酮治疗对腹腔镜下子宫内膜异位症患者康复效果显著。

Comparison of the Clinical Efficacy of Laparoscopic Surgery Endometriosis Different Treatment Methods

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of different treatment of endometriosis after laparoscopy. Method 420 endometriosis patients, were randomly divided into 3 groups, each group of 140 people, there were A, B, C. Pure operation treatment was group A;after addition of mifepristone in the treatment group were added with B and pregnant three ketene was group C, then score the three groups of different stages of the life quality. Result B, C were significantly lower than that of pure A operation in treatment group curative effect. Conclusion By adding mifepristone and pregnant three ketene effect for rehabilitation of patients with laparoscopic endometritis endometriosis significantly after operation.
