摘    要:
目的:研究细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)及CD44s mRNA在食管癌组织及癌旁正常组织的表达情况及其临床意义。方法:采用RT-PCR的方法检测新鲜收集的食管癌组织及癌旁正常组织中ICAM-1及CD44s的表达。结果:食管癌组织中ICAM-1和CD44s的表达水平明显高于癌旁组织。ICAM-1和CD44s的高水平表达与食管癌TNM分期及淋巴结转移之间有明显的关系,而与分化程度无关。结论:食管组织在恶变过程中ICAM-1和CD44s mRNA表达水平明显增高,提示二者在食管癌的发生、发展中起重要作用。

Abstract:
Objective: To study the expression and clinical significance of ICAM-1 and CD44s genes in 40 esophageal carcinoma specimens as well as nearby normal esophageal tissue. Methods:RT-PCR was used to detect the mRNA expression of ICAM-1 and CD44s in the esophageal carcinoma and the paracancer normal tissue. Results:The expression level of ICAM-1 and CD44s was significantly higher in tumor tissues than in normal ones. Significant relations were noted between expression of ICAM-1 and CD44s and TNM stage or lymph node metastasis. But there was no significant relation between the histological differentiation of esophageal carcinoma and expression of ICAM-1 and CD44s genes.Conclusions:The results suggest that the expression level of ICAM-1 and CD44s in esophageal cells increases as they progress from normal to the transformed stage, indicating that these two genes are involved in the process of esophageal carcinoma development and metastasis.
