咨询过程的深度:一个三维模型的探索

目的:检验江光荣(2005)提出的咨询过程深度的三维模型。方法:在本项心理咨询的过程-效果研究中,选取28个咨询会谈,依据模型对录像资料编码,考察编码结果与咨询师和当事人对会谈深度评价之间的关系。结果:咨询师和当事人对会谈深度有着不同的评价,当事人对会谈深度的评价明显高于咨询师(4.95±1.12)vs.(4.23±0.94),P0.05];咨询过程深度的三维模型和咨询师对会谈深度的评价相关(路径系数为0.55,P0.01),但与当事人对会谈深度的评价无统计学意义相关;在深浅不同的会谈中三维模型各维度随时间的变化曲线有不同特点,可以通过会谈曲线来了解咨询过程。结论:咨询过程深度的三维模型得到一定程度的支持。

Depth of counseling process:exploring of a three-dimension model
