女性青春期痤疮患者心理干预的调查分析

目的探讨心理干预在女性青春期痤疮治疗和预防中的必要性和重要作用。方法采用统一的自制生活事件量表及Eysenk个性问卷（EPQ），调查了100例女性青春期痤疮患者（病例组）和100例年龄相当正常女性（对照组）的生活事件发生频数、发生情况及问卷得分情况。结果女性青春期痤疮患者生活事件发生率高于正常女性（P〈0．01），而EPQ结果中的情绪稳定度（N）分值均数也高于正常女性（P〈0．01）。结论心理社会因素与女性青春期痤疮相关，在其治疗中应尽量进行科学的心理干预，促进康复。

Analysis of Psychological Intervention on Adolescent Female Patients with Acne

Objective To discuss the necessity and importance of psychological intervention on adolescent female patients with acne. Methods The self-regulating social readjustment rating scale and Eysenk personality questionnaire（EPQ） were adopted in two groups respectively,experimental group includes 100 adolescent acne women and control group includes 100 well-balanced women, Results The social incidents frequency of acne women was higher than well-balanced women（ P 〈 0, 01 ） , and the same with the modulus of EPQ＇ s N item（ P 〈 0.01 ）, Conclusions Social psychological factors are related with acne. Proper psychological intervention is needed in the therapy and prevention of acne.
