89氯化锶放疗辐射对肿瘤骨转移患者血象的影响

目的探讨利用放射性89氯化锶（89SrCl2）对肿瘤骨转移疼痛患者进行治疗时,辐射对患者血象的影响。方法利用全自动血液分析仪,对20例肿瘤骨转移疼痛患者（未接受89SrCl2治疗,对照组）、38例肿瘤骨转移疼痛患者89SrCl2治疗前、治疗后1d、7d及1个月血象（包括红细胞、白细胞、血红蛋白、血小板等）进行检测分析。结果患者89SrCl2治疗后1d粒细胞升高,淋巴细胞降低（P〈0.05）;治疗后7d白细胞、淋巴细胞、血红蛋白及血小板计数均低于对照组（P〈0.05）;治疗后1个月各项检测与对照组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论利用89SrCl2治疗肿瘤骨转移疼痛时,辐射对患者血象影响轻微且为一过性,随时间推移,血象各项指标均可恢复正常。

Effects of 89SrCl2 Radiotherapy on the Blood Picture in Patient with Carcinoma Bone Metastasis

Objective To study the effects of 89SrCl2 radiotherapy on the blood picture in the patients with carcinoma bone metastasis.Methods The blood pictures,including red blood cells,white blood cells,hemoglobin and platelet series were measured by full automatic blood analyzer in 20 patients with carcinoma bone metastasis without 89SrCl2 radiotherapy （control group） and 38 patients with carcinoma bone metastasis before 89SrCl2 radiotherapy,and 1 day,7 days and 1 month after 89SrCl2 radiotherapy.The results were compared and analysed.Results The granulocyte level was elevated and the lymphocyte level declined （P0.05） 1 day after 89SrCl2 radiotherapy.Seven days after 89SrCl2 radiotherapy the levels of leukocytes,lymphocytes,hemoglobin and platelets were lower （P0.05） than the control group.All the blood parameters were not significantly different from those of the control group 1 month after 89SrCl2 radiotherapy （P0.05）.Conclusion The 89SrCl2 radiotherapy has radiation effects on the blood in the patient with carcinoma bone metastases,but the effect is slight and transient,and the blood indexes would recover to normal level with the passage of time.
