| 摘 要： | 本文通过26例31个肾上腺病变的MR 影像分析,提示MR 具有鉴别良恶性肾上腺肿瘤的能力。在SE 长TR/TE 序列中,皮质腺瘤信号与肝实质相似或稍高。而腺癌及大多数转移瘤信号明显比肝实质高,但较脂肪信号稍低。嗜铬细胞瘤信号则与脂肪相似或更高。

| Abstract: | The purpose of this study was to evaluate the role of magnetic resonance(MR)imaging in adrenal disease.Thirty-one lesions in 26 patients with a variety of adrenal disease wereevaluated,at 0.6 T using spin echo(SE)T_1 and T_2 weighted sequences.This study suggested that MR iscapable of identifying most adrenal abnormalities.On SE long TR/TE sequences,adenomas had a signalintensity(SI)equal to or slightly higher than SI of the liver parenchyma.Malignant tumors includingcarcinoma and metastases demonstrated a significantly higher SI as compared with liver parenchyma butlower than SI of the fat.Pheochromocytomas display high SI almost equal to or higher than SI of fat. |
