小诺霉素治疗细菌感染性疾病的临床对照研究总结

摘    要:
小诺霉素(MCR,曾译相模湾霉素,Sagamicin,)是一种新的氨基糖苷类抗生素,我们将它与庆大霉素(GM)比较,进行临床对照试验。242例各种细菌感染性疾病被随机顺序分配在两组中,A组162例用MCR治疗;B组80例用GM治疗作为对照。在这些病例中A组和B组各含有革蓝氏阴性菌感染126例和63例。无论是MCR,还是GM,剂量皆相同,成人都是肌注120mg,一日2次,而儿童日剂量为3~4mg/kg,疗程4~10天(少数超过10天),结果MCR的显效率为75.3%,而GM为66.3%,显示MCR的疗效较好.特别是对革蓝氏阴性菌感染疗效更好。试管内临床分离的各种细菌对MCR的抑菌试验也证明大多数革蓝氏阴性菌是敏感的(82.9%),显著地高于GM(74.4%)。本研究未发现MCR对听觉、心、肝、肾功能及血液电解质的影响。

Abstract:
Comparative clinical trial of homemade Sagamicin(Micronomycin, MCN) was carried out with Gentamicin(GM).Two hundred and forty two patients with various acute bacterial infectious diseases were allocated sequentially at random into two groups. 162 cases were treated by MCN in group A, and 80 cases were treated by GM as control in group B. Among them, there were 126 cases and 63 cases of Gram-negative bacteria infection in group A and B respectively. An equal doses of MCN or GM, 120mg b. i. d. were given intramuscularly in adults and 3 to 4 mg/kg body weight daily in children for 4 to 10 lays generally.We found that the marked effective rate was 75.3% in group A and 66.3% in group B. The result showed that the therapeutic effect of MCN was better, especially for Gram-negative bacteria infections. The inhibition test performed to various strains isolated clinically showed that most of the Gram-negative bacteria were sensitive to MCN (82.9%). (?) was higher than that to GM(74.4%). In this study,MCN had little influence on hearing, heart, kianey and liver function as well as blood electrolytes was observe .
