| Abstract: | Blood pressure variability in the acute stage of stroke is greater, and blood pressure level is associated with the prognosis of stroke. The article elucidates blood pressure change of acute stroke and its mechanisms, the present controversies about blood pressure management, as well as the therapeutic principles that should be followed. |
