| 摘 要： | 目的：评价甲状腺囊内切除术的合理性和可靠性.方法：回顾性分析2002-03～2004-06施行的382例甲状腺良性疾病囊内切除（n=285）和囊外切除（n=97）的临床资料,将两组术后并发症进行比较和统计学处理.结果：甲状腺囊内切除与囊外切除相比,两组治疗效果相同,甲状腺囊内切除的并发症发生率明显低于囊外切除（P=0.026）,暴露因素危险度估计（OR）〈1.结论：甲状腺囊内切除可明显降低手术并发症,是安全可行的手术方法. |

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the rationality and validity of thyroid intracapsular resection for thyroid benign diseases.Method:Clinic data of 382 cases who underwent thyroid intracapsular resection(n=285) and extra capsular resection(n=97) from March 2002 to June 2004 were studied retrospectively.Postoperative complications of two groups were compared and statistically analyzed.Results:When compared with extra capsular resection,these patients who received thyroid intracapsular resection showed significantly lower complications(7.7% versus 15.5% P=0.026),odds ratio(OR) <1.Conclusion:Thyroid intracapsular resection is feasible and reliable alternative for thyroid benign lesions. |
