| 摘 要： | 乳腺癌转移抑制基因（BRMS1）在人乳腺癌、黑色素瘤、膀胱癌、卵巢癌、嗜铬细胞瘤中具有抑制肿瘤细胞转移的能力，可明显减少转移灶的发生，作用机制复杂多样而又非典型，成为研究抑制肿瘤转移的新靶点。
