| 摘 要： | 目的探讨“癃闭通胶囊”治疗前列腺增生症（ＢＰＨ）的疗效方法对４１８例ＢＰＨ临床治疗，其中用癃闭通胶囊治疗３１４例，用前列通治疗１０４例，治疗组与对照组为双盲组。结果癃闭通胶囊总有效率为９０．８５％。前列通总有效率６７．３１％，经统计学处理Ｐ＜０．０１。结论癃闭通胶囊为治疗ＢＰＨ有效药品。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate therapeutic effect of Lonbitong capsule treating benign prostate hyperplasia(BPH).Methods 418 cases of BPH were divided into treatment group(n=314) and control group(n=104),the former treated by Longbitong capsule,the latter treated by Qianlietong.Two groups were double blind method.Results Total effective rate in treatment group was 90.85% while in control group was 67.31%.There were significant difference between groups( P <0.01).Conclusions Longbitong capsule is effective drug to treat BPH. |
