大孔树脂纯化山楂叶总黄酮和金丝桃苷工艺研究

摘    要:目的 研究大孔吸附树脂分离纯化山楂叶中总黄酮和金丝桃苷的工艺条件.方法 采用高效液相色谱法测定山楂叶提取物中金丝桃苷的含量;紫外-可见分光光度法测定山楂叶提取物中总黄酮的含量.结果 D101型树脂对山楂叶中总黄酮和金丝桃苷均有很好的吸附和洗脱性能,洗脱率达91.20%和98.25%.结论 D101型大孔吸附树脂可用作山楂叶提取物总黄酮和金丝桃苷的精制.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To optimize the macroporous resin for separating hyperin from Folium Crataegi. METHODS HPLC was employed to determine the content of Folium Crataegi to hyperin. RESULTS absorption content of type HPD100 is the highest one ,but the type D101 was the best for disabsorping hyperin from macroporous resin , the disabsorption was 98.25%. CONCLUSION D101 macroporous resin is effective to separate the hyperin.
