临床药学工作开展情况与体会

目的：介绍江苏省盐城市第一人民医院临床药学工作开展情况与体会。方法：从参与查房与会诊、开展治疗药物监测与ADR监测工作、编辑药讯和定期参加病历检查等方面,叙述了临床药师具体的工作内容及对工作的思考、总结和体会。结果：本院临床药师深入临床,对临床合理用药起到了一定的促进作用。结论：临床药师应该加强学习,提高自身业务素质,积极深入临床,做好医师和护士的帮手,促进临床合理用药。临床药师只有在实践中不断磨练,提升技能,改变角色,才能满足社会对药师从保障供应型转变成参与临床用药的知识服务型的要求。

Situation and experience of the work of clinical pharmacy

Objective： To introduce the situation and experience of the work of clinical pharmacy carried out by clinical pharmacists in the First People＇s Hospital of Yancheng City,Jiangsu Province. Methods： Through participating in rounds and consultation, monitoring therapeutic drugs, collecting adverse drug reaction （ADR）, providing medicine information and inspecting medical documents regularly, the concrete work, the thinking and experience of clinical pharmacists are presented in this paper. Results： In the hospital, clinical pharmacists have played a certain role in clinical rational drug use. Conclusion： In order to promote rational drug use, clinical pharmacists should strengthen learning, improve their professional quality, and ac- tively participate in clinical treatment. Only through clinical practice （developing the skills and changing the role of pharma- cists）, pharmacists can satisfy social requirements for them to change from guaranteeing supply into participating in clinical drug therapy and pharmaceutical care service.
