护理绩效管理模式在输液室的应用与评价

目的评价患者、护士满意度表及质控评分三维评定绩效管理模式在输液室的应用效果。方法采用回顾性研究方法,从2010年和2011年5、6、7月各随机抽取实施绩效管理模式前后患者满意度表和护士满意度表各60份,应用统计学方法对实施护理绩效模式前后的护、患满意度进行比较,同时比较实施护理绩效管理模式前后相应月份的质控评分。结果实施护理绩效模式后护、患满意度均有明显提高,护理质控评分提升(P<0.05)。结论护理绩效管理模式能激发护士工作的主动性和积极性,提高护理质量,增加护士及患者的满意度。

Application and Evaluation nursing performance examine mode in infusion room

Objective To analyze the function of nursing performance examine mode by patients and nurses satisfaction, quality control scoring in infusion room. Method Retrospective study was adopted, 60 satisfaction forms of patient and nurse were extracted from date of June 2011 to August and June 2010 to August respectively. Satisfaction of patients and nurses of pre-implementation of nursing performance examine mode and post-implementation was compared by statistical methods, quality control scores were also compared. Result The satisfaction of patient and nurse was enhanced after the implementation of nursing performance examine mode, the quality control scores were also increased. Conclusion Nursing performance examine mode can increase the initiative and motivation of nurse, improve the nursing quality and raise the satisfaction of patient and nurse.
