| 摘 要： | 目的为川白芷地上部分的进一步研究和开发提供依据。方法采用生药学常规方法徒手切片、表面制片。使用显微描绘镜绘制组织图,同时对部分显微特征进行显微摄影。结果找出了川白芷茎、叶组织上的主要鉴别特征。结论为川白芷地上部分的研究和开发打下了基础。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To provide basis for deep research and development of Chuan Baizhi.METHODS The routine methods was used of pharmacognosy such as freehand section and surface slice to observe the microscopic characters of the leaves and stems of Chuan Baizhi.Microscopic pictures were drawn under microscope.And the characters under microscape was photographed.RESULTS The main identification characteristics of the leaves and stems of Chuan Baizhi was obtained.CONCLUSION The study supports research and development of Chuan Baizhi. |
