射频雾化吸入治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的疗效观察

目的 观察雾化吸入氨溴索联合布地奈德异丙托溴胺沙丁胺醇治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病加重期（AECOPD）的疗效.方法 将212例AECOPD住院患者分成两组,治疗组106例给予静脉抗感染及茶碱类药物治疗的同时吸入氨溴索注射液布地奈德异丙托溴胺沙丁胺醇,对照组106例给予静脉抗感染及茶碱类药物治疗的同时吸入布地奈德异丙托溴胺沙丁胺醇,比较治疗后患者肺功能变化及呼吸困难改善状况.结果 治疗组呼吸困难及肺功能[FEV1.0（L）、FEV1.0/FVC、FEV1.0% Pred]显著改善,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 射频雾化吸入氨溴索联合布地奈德异丙托溴胺沙丁胺醇治疗AECOPD的疗效优于雾化吸入布地奈德异丙托溴胺沙丁胺醇.

Effects of nebulized inhalation in the treatment of patients with acute exacerbations of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Objective To investigate the efficacy of nebulized inhalation of ambroxol combined with budesonide, ipratropium bromide and salbutamol in the treatment of patients with acute exacerbations of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （AECOPD）. Methods 212 patients with AECOPD were randomly into group A （n = 106） and group B （n = 106）. The basic treatments for two groups included intravenous antibiotics, antiasthmantics and apophlegmatisant. The group A was given inhalation of ambroxol combined budesonide, ipratropium bromide and salbutamol. The group B was given budesonide, ipratropium bromide and salbutamol. The pulmonary function and changes in dyspnea grade were compared between both groups before and after treatment. Results Patients in the group A were significantly improved than those in group B on pulmonary function （FEV1, FEV1/FVC, FEV1% Pred） and changes in dyspnea grade after the therapy （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The therapy of inhalation ambroxol combined with budesonide, ipratropium bromide and salbutamol may effectively relieve the symptoms of AECOPD.
