门诊护士与老年患者沟通的技巧

摘    要:为满足门诊老年患者就医需求,从老年心理学的角度认真分析老年患者的就医心理及健康需求.通过人文等相关知识的学习,从注重规范接诊用语、主动做好医生诊前的辅助工作、按需分诊等方面改进工作,使门诊护士树立以老年患者需求为中心的护理服务理念,实现了与老年患者进行有效交流与沟通,改善了护患关系,体现了护士的良好职业道德,获得老年患者的好评.

Abstract:In order to satisfy the medical needs of elderly patients in out-patient department,this article analyzed the mentality and health needs of elderly patients from the perspective of psychology,and carried out the following improvement measures,such as learning related humanistic knowledge,paying close attention to the use of standardized reception language,making full use of the assistant role before consultation,assigning patients according to demands,and so on.This practice help the nurses to set up patients' needs focused nursing philosophy,facilitated the effective communication between nurse and elderly patients,harmonized nurse-patient relationship,embodied nurses' good professional morality,and obtained elderly patients' good comment.
