摘    要:
目的:研究不同热处理方法对聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)基托材料表面粗糙度的影响。方法:制作64个蜡型分成8组,分别采用常规水浴加热、微波长周期加热、微波短周期加热和电加热方法处理二种PMMA基托材料,经抛光处理后,用表面粗糙度仪测量各组试件的表面粗糙度值(Ra),并进行统计分析。结果:微波加热组和电加热组基托材料的表面粗糙度值与水浴加热组相比无显著性差异。结论:微波加热处理和电加热处理二种PMMA基托材料均能获得与常规水浴加热处理一样的效果。

Abstract:
Objective:To study the effect of different heat treatment on surface roughness of polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA).Methods:Sixty-four wax patterns were randomly divided into eight groups.PMMA base resins of two brands were respectively cured by water bath processing,microwave processing with a long cycle,microwave processing with a short cycle and electrothermal processing in turn.All samples were polished and then the surface roughness(Ra) was measured with a profilometer.Data were statistically analyzed.Results:No statistically difference was found among the Ra means of the water bath processing group,the microwave processing groups and the electrothermal processing group.Conclusion:The effect of two brands PMMA base materials cured by microwave processing or by electrothermal processing is consistent with the effect of those cured by water bath processing.
