| 摘 要： | 餐（饮）具消毒是饮食行业卫生监督监测的重要工作之一。为了解保亭县饮食业餐（饮）具的卫生状况，为今后卫生监督监测工作提供决策依据。现将保亭县疾病预防控制中心2006年1—12月对县内180家饮食店餐（饮）具卫生抽检结果分析如下。
