腹腔镜胆囊切除术围术期抗菌药物合理应用干预对照研究

目的:探讨我院肝胆外科实施围术期抗菌药物合理应用方案的可行性。方法:比较我院肝胆外科腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)2009年1-6月92例出院患者(非干预组)和2010年1-6月90例出院患者(干预组)围术期应用抗菌药物的合理性。结果:与非干预组比较,干预组抗菌药物平均预防应用时间、预防用氟喹诺酮类药比例、出院带药率均下降;平均住院时间、手术部位感染率干预组与非干预组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:我院肝胆外科实施的合理用药方案提高了抗菌药物预防用药的合理性,表明本方案有效、可行。

Control Study on Perioperative Rational Application of Antimicrobials in Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the feasibility of perioperative rational application of antimicrobials in hepatobiliary surgery department of our hospital. METHODS: 92 discharged patients underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC) in hepatobiliary surgery department of our hospital during Jan.～Jun. in 2009 were as non-intervention group, and 90 discharged patients who were discharged from hospital during Jan.～Jun. in 2010 were as intervention group, the rationality of antimicrobials was compared between two groups. RESULTS: Compared with the non-intervention group, the average application duration of antimicrobials, the proportion of the prophylactic use of fluoroquinolone and the rate of taking medicine at discharge of intervention group all decreased; there was no statistical significance in average hospitalization days and surgical wound infection rate between in intervention group and non-intervention group(P>0.05). CONCLUSION: The implementation of rational drug use scheme improves the rationality of prophylactic application of antibacterials in our hospital, which indicates the scheme is effective and feasible.
