均匀设计法优选柿叶总黄酮的提取工艺

摘    要:目的:优选柿叶总黄酮的提取工艺。方法:采用碱溶酸沉与超声波相结合的方法提取柿叶总黄酮,并以柿叶总黄酮含量为评价指标,用均匀设计法优选提取工艺。结果:最佳工艺条件为15%HCl调pH值为6,20%NaOH调pH值为10,液料比为11:1,超声时间为32min,超声温度为30℃,乙醇浓度为70%。结论:优选工艺简便、快速、准确,适用于柿叶总黄酮的提取。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To optimize the extraction technology of total flavonoids from persimmon leaf.METHODS:Alkali-solution and acid-isolation and ultrasonic extraction techhology were used to extract alkali-solution and acid-isolation.The extraction technology was optimized by uniform design using the content of persimmon leaf total flavonids as index.RESULTS:The optimal extraction conditions were as follows:15% HCL?to adjust pH?as?6,20% NaOH?to adjust pH?as 10,the ratio of liquid to material was 11:1,the ultrasonic?time scheduled for?32min,the ultrasonic?temperature?set at?30 ℃,the extraction solvent was 70% ethanol.CONCLUSION:The optimum extraction technology is simple,rapid and accurate.It is suitable for?the extraction?of total flavonoids from persimmon leaf.
