| 摘 要： | 目的探讨住院病人疾病构成,为提高医院管理服务水平,加强疾病防治工作提供科学依据。方法按ICD-10对某院2005年-2009年住院病人疾病分类资料进行统计分析。结果呼吸系统疾病、损伤和中毒、消化系统疾病、妊娠分娩及产褥期并发症、循环系统疾病,泌尿生殖系统疾病为主要病种。结论应加强对常见病、多发病和慢性病的诊治,提高人民健康水平。

| Abstract: | Objective to investigate disease composition of hospitalization patients in order to provide scientific basis for improving hospital management service level and strengthening disease prevention and cure. Methods statistical analysis on disease classification materials of hospitalization patients of a hospital by using ICD-10 from 2005 to 2009. Results the main disease categories include respiratory disease, injury and poisoning, digestive system disease, pregnancy and delivery, puerperium complication, circulatory system disease and urogenital system disease. Conclusions to strengthen the diagnosis and treatment of common diseases, frequently occurred illness and chronic diseases in order to improve people’s health level. |
