七年制临床医学教育模式探讨

七年制临床医学教育改革已实行20年，其集中优势资源扶植重点的教学模式为培养与国际接轨的高级临床医学人才作出了贡献。但是随着我国高等教育招生和医学人才需求特点的变化，七年制的发展也暴露出问题。针对七年制在招生、培养和就业等方面优势下降的情况，大力发展八年制教学、统一研究生科学学位培养模式、推广医学双语教学等手段可能是全面提高我国医学事业国际竞争力的有效手段。
