头孢拉定致不良反应文献分析

目的探讨头孢拉定所致不良反应的特点和原因,以期为临床合理用药提供参考。方法 回顾性检索中国知网CHKD期刊全文数据库中报道的头孢拉定不良反应的文献,对其进行汇总分析。结果共检索到头孢拉定致不良反应168例,其中静脉给药占93.4%,1次给药剂量>1 g占82.86%,给药频次多为每日1次,症状以泌尿系统和过敏反应为主。结论临床应用头孢拉定时应严格掌握用药指征、用药剂量和间隔,以减少不良反应,保障患者用药安全。

Literature Analysis of Adverse Drug Reaction Caused by Cefradine
