| 摘 要： | 目的 :为了测定复方磺胺甲噌恶唑片的含量。方法 :应用计算机辅助褶合曲线分析法 ,结合计算机信息处理技术 ,同时测定磺胺甲噌恶唑和甲氧苄啶的含量。结果 :磺胺甲噌恶唑和甲氧苄啶的回收率和相对标准偏差分别为 10 0 .0 % ,0 .5 % ,98.9% ,2 .2 %。结论 :该法简便、快速、结果可靠 ,重现性好。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To determine compound sulfamethoxazole tablets.METHODS:The computer aided convolution curve method had applied to determine sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim.RESULTS:The corresponding average recovery and the relative standard deviation of sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim were 100.0% , 0.5% , 98.9% , 2.2% .CONCLUSIONS:The results were satisfactory,and the method was simple,convenient.
