摘    要:目的通过高血压发病情况与气象要素的分析找出一些气象要素与高血压发病的关系,使气象预报为疾病预防服务。方法对呼和浩特市3年的高血压住院及门诊就诊病历与气温、气压等气象要素进行统计学相关分析。结果全年以冬季发病率最高,气候骤变时发病急剧增加。结论季节、气温与气压等气象要素与高血压发病有密切关系,气温气压急剧变化、气温日较差增大、持续高温和气压低谷等因素可预测2~4d内高血压发患者数增加,使提前做好预防和治疗工作。

Abstract:Objective To study the relationship between hypertention and meteorolngical ehaents by analyzing incidence of hypertention and meteorological elements in order to serve for disease prevention based on weather foreeasting. Methods Statistic correlation analysis was carried out between case history of hypertention patients in hospital and eat-patient clinic of Hohhot in three years and meteorological elments such as air temperature,barometric pressure and so on. Results The incidence of hypertention in whole year is highest in winter,which is also increased high in climate cataclysm. Conclusion Meterolngical ehnents including season, air tempreture, barometric pressure and so on have close relationship with hypertsntion. Many factors such as great changes in air temperature and barometric pressure,increased daily temperature range, continuous high temperature and air pressure at a low ebb can predict the increased number of hypertension in 2- 4 days,which is helpful for us to make preparation for its prevention and therapy in advance.
