摘    要:
试验观察了不同浓度高渗氯化钠溶液(HS)对血液流变学特性的影响,结果:在高切变率(63.900s^-1)和低切变率(1.182s^-1)下,各高渗组随HS浓度提高,红细胞压积显著下降(P〈0.01),全血粘度均显著下降(P〈0.01),组间全血粘度无显著差异(P〉0.05),血浆粘度下降,但无统计学意义,红细胞聚集指数显著下降(P〈0.01)。7.5%HS组红细胞刚性TK值增加,但无显著性,15%

Abstract:
The present study observed the effects of hypertonic saline of different concentrations, 7 5%,15%,30%,respectively, on the profile of blood rheology under the condition of higher shear rate (63 900s -1 ) and lower shear rate (1 182s -1 ). The hematocrit of all groups treated with hypertonic saline decreased significantly. Although the viscosity value of both blood and plasma reduced in the presence of hypertonic saline, the viscosity of blood redcued significantly. No significant difference of the viscosity of blood and plasma was found among the groups treated with hypertonic saline. The aggregation index decredased significantly. The TK value revealed an increased tendency, and the significant difference could only be observed when comparing the groups of 15% and 30% hypertonic saline with the contral. The results suggest that the deformability of red blood cells decreases in the presence of hypertonic saline, but the reduction of viscosity of blood and plasma may counterbalance the disadvantages resulting from the reduction of red blood cells deformability of the systemic circulation. A concentration of 7 5% and dose of 4ml/kg are the reasonable choices for the use of hypertonic saline.
