| 摘 要： | 清代温补大家郑寿全在《医法圆通》中论述了“胃病不食”的诊疗经验，对原著所论外邪犯胃、饮食生冷、七情过度、阳虚、阴虚等5种导致“不食”的类型，从病机、治则及方药等方面进行了阐述。其所论真阳虚极不食，为现代中医所忽视，尤其值得重视。 |
