益气养阴解毒开郁法治疗乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿38例

目的观察益气养阴、解毒开郁法治疗乳腺癌根治术后上肢淋巴水肿的临床效果。方法对68例乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿患者按随机表法随机平均分为两组。对照组常规治疗：抬高患肢、肢体锻炼、向心性按摩等；治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用益气养阴、解毒开郁法中药治疗15天。结果治疗后患者主观症状比较，治疗组明显好于对照组（P〈0．05）；治疗前后上臂周径患侧一健侧差值比较，上肢淋巴水肿在治疗后均有消退，治疗组消退更为明显（P〈0．05）。结论在常规治疗基础上联合益气养阴、解毒开郁法方药治疗能缩短水肿消退时间，对乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿有明显疗效。

Treatment of 38 Cases of Lymphedema of Upper Limbs Following Breast Cancer Operation by Qi-Enriching,Yin-Nourishing,Toxin-Relieving and Depression-Releasing Therapy

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of qi-enriching, yin-nourishing, toxin-relieving and depression-releasing therapy for lymphedema of upper extremity following breast cancer operation. Method Sixty-eight subjects were divided into two groups： control group in which 30 cases were treated with conventional therapy and treatment group in which 38 cases were treated with conventional therapy plus qi-enriching, yin-nourishing, toxin-relieving and depression-releasing therapy. Results The clinical symptoms were improved more significantly in treatment group than in control group （ P 〈0.05 ） ; the perimeters of affected limbs were reduced significantly（P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion Conventional therapy plus qi-enriching, yin-nourishing, toxin-relieving and depression-releasing therapy is quite effective for lymphedema of upper extremity following breast cancer operation.
