益肾通络法对实验性糖尿病大鼠周围神经病变的保护机制

摘    要:目的研究益肾通络法对实验性糖尿病大鼠血糖及其相关指标的影响。方法以链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱发糖尿病模型大鼠,造模成功后,分为正常组、模型组、阳性对照组(弥可保)、中药小剂量组、大剂量组,治疗6周后,观察中药复方对模型大鼠血糖、MDA、NO及NGF含量的影响。结果糖尿病模型大鼠血糖、MDA、NO明显升高,NGF含量明显降低;中药小剂量组、大剂量组血糖、MDA、NO明显降低,NGF含量明显升高。结论益肾通络法能够改善MDA、NO及NGF的含量,从而达到防治糖尿病周围神经病变作用。

Protective Mechanisms of Kidney-Nourishing and Collateral-Unblocking Therapy for Peripheral Neuropathy in Experimental Diabetic Rats

Abstract:Objective To observe the effects of kidney-nourishing and collateral-unblocking therapy on blood glucose and other data in experimental diabetic rats.Methods The rat model of diabetes was induced by streptozotocin.The rats were randomly divided into normal control group,model group,positive control group (Methycobal),low dose of Chinese medicine group,high dose of Chinese medicine group.The contents of blood glucose,MDA,NO and NGF were detected after 6 weeks.Results Compared with normal group,the contents of blood glucose,MDA,NO in diabetic rats were significantly increased,and the content of NGF was significantly reduced;compared with model group,the contents of blood glucose,MDA,NO in low dose of Chinese medicine group and high dose group were significantly decreased,NGF was significantly increased.Conclusion Kidney-nourishing and collateral-unblocking therapy can improve the MDA,NO and NGF content in diabetic rats to prevent or treat diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
